How Can My Training Help You?
I can help you make good
decisions about selling your home, financing, buying rental property, or
managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate, among
many other issues. I offer my clients relevant information on current trends in
real estate transactions, and can refer you to other professionals such as
attorneys and C.P.A.s who also have specialty interest in senior clientele
issues.

Many of the “senior communities” are Del Webb communities. I have taken special
classes and have obtained the “Del Webb Virtual Agent” designation. There are
Del Webb communities located in all parts of Las Vegas, including Sun City
Summerlin, Sun City Aliante (in the north), Sun City Anthem (Green Valley area),
as well as others. There are new homes as well as re-sales available for sale
in these communities.
